Titanium Screw Block Test

  A large fragment Test on Titanium   Screws has come up with these results:
   

     
         
  • 470 standard screws
    •      
  • 100 pcs. with torque limitation (4 Nm): no screw block /   stripped
    •      
  • 370  pcs. without torque limitation (8-9 Nm): 22 pcs. blocked /   no recess
    •      
  • 18 pcs. removed with HSS screwdriver tip
    •      
  • 4 pcs. not removable
         
         
  • 243 Screws Anodurit C treated
    •      
  • 93 pcs. with torque limitation (4 Nm): no screw blocked / no   recess
    •      
  • 150 pcs. without torque limitation (8-9 Nm): 1 pcs. blocked /   no recess stripped
